So make sure you just have Java 7 or 8 in 32-bit or/and 64-bit installed. Java actually recommend to install both Java 32-bit and 64-bit on your computer to avoid any issue.

When you launch Magelo Sync, the following error message indicates there's a problem with your Java installation. Magelo Sync is working on Java 7 or better.
